AuditTrack | Privacy Policy
Overview
AuditTrack is an offline-first safety audit management app. It is designed to function entirely on your device without collecting, transmitting, or storing any personal data on external servers.
Data Collection
AuditTrack does not collect any personal data. Specifically:
- No analytics or usage tracking
- No automated crash reporting or telemetry
- No advertising or ad identifiers
- No cookies or web tracking
- No user accounts, logins, or authentication
- No location tracking or GPS data collection
- No access to your device contacts
- No network requests of any kind. The app does not even request the Internet permission
Data Storage
All data you enter into AuditTrack, including audits, hazard findings, photos, annotations, signatures, and settings, is stored exclusively on your device using a local SQLite database and local file storage.
- Data never leaves your device
- No cloud sync, backup, or remote storage is used
- Photos you capture are saved to your device's local app storage only
- Photo annotations are rendered and stored locally
- Exported PDFs and Excel files are saved to locations you choose on your device
- Backup files (.atrack) are saved to locations you choose on your device
- Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all app data from your device
Permissions
AuditTrack may request the following device permissions:

| Storage | To save exported PDFs, Excel files, and backup files (.atrack) to locations you choose on your device |
| Notifications | To send local reminders when audits are approaching or past their due dates |
| Network State | To detect whether the device is online or offline for display purposes only. No data is ever transmitted. |
These permissions are used solely for the described purposes. No data obtained through these permissions is transmitted off your device.
Third-Party Services
AuditTrack does not integrate with any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs that collect user data. There are:
- No third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.)
- No third-party advertising networks
- No third-party crash reporting (no Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.)
- No social media integrations
Children's Privacy
AuditTrack does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since the app collects no data at all, it is compliant with COPPA and similar regulations by design.
Changes to This Policy
If this privacy policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at this location with an updated effective date. Since AuditTrack collects no data, material changes to this policy are unlikely.
