Create audits with titles, descriptions, due dates, and assignees. Use customizable labels and categories to organize audits across sites, departments, or teams.

Round-Trip Workflow

Full auditor/auditee lifecycle: Draft, Sent, Returned, Closed. Auditors document findings and send to auditees for corrective action. Auditees respond with resolutions and return for final review.

Photo Annotations

Capture photos of hazards and annotate them directly on-device with drawing tools powered by SkiaSharp. Circle problem areas, add arrows, and highlight findings without leaving the app.

Hazard Documentation

Document individual hazards with descriptions, severity levels, and risk scores. Attach annotated photos and track corrective actions from identification through resolution.

Signature Capture

Capture digital signatures from auditors and auditees directly on the device screen. Signatures are embedded in exports for accountability and record-keeping.

PDF & Excel Export

Export completed audits as formatted PDF reports or Excel spreadsheets for printing, sharing, or archival. Generated entirely on your device.

Backup & Restore

Back up your entire audit database to a portable .atrack file, or enable auto-backup to save automatically on startup to a folder you choose. Restore from backup on the same or a different device. Your data never leaves your control.

Due Date Notifications

Receive local notifications when audits are approaching their due dates or overdue. Notifications are generated on-device with no server required.

100% Offline

All data lives on your device in a local SQLite database. No accounts, no cloud sync, no network requests of any kind. The app does not even request the Internet permission.
